Field Operations and Treatment Results
212 Resources operates Transportable, skid-mounted "Pods" that setup adjacent to the drill site to process flowback water for reuse. Where discharge is more the focus of operations for large volumes of produced water, ofter fixed plants are perferable depending on transporation or the collection approach. The key to our success is the development of a "treatment train" which utilizes a number of technical elements to achieve what no single system can do. Our highly trained operating and maintenance staff give our customers a worry-free service to keep up with the most aggressive drilling programs.
Process Elements
- Collection and gravity settling of solids
- Course Filtration and material management
- Heated oil⁄water separation to recover immiscible hydrocarbons
- Vapor compression, turbulent flow, high velocity flash evaporation to recover ten-pound brine and distilled water
- Steam distillation integrated wiht the evaporator for recovery of methanol and other miscible hydrocarbons with advanced UV and carbon filtration polishing
- The units are powered by natural gas from the local site or from external electrical hook-ups
Our unparalleded system, ( specifically targeting the oil and gas industry) is a combination of patented technologies that have global acceptance for zerodischarge plants in major industries for the treatment of complex industrial waste water including the oil and gas industry
212 Resources eliminates the heavy demand to drill fresh water wells by totally recycling the water throughout the drilling process. The postcompletion water is treated to discharge standards for use a other well completions or for surface drilling. the Vacom vapor compression, flash evaporation system ( Turbulent flow ) is applicable for high TSD waters from deep-well, hydraulic fracing, natural gas wells, deep coalbed methane wells, and other oil and gas produced waters.
