Much is made of patents, but the real key to a service company´s success comes from its people and operating systems. Our job is to deliver a solution, not sell equipment. We have worked diligently to staff with top-class professionals in a number of disciplines as well as dedicated, well-trained field operators.
212 Resources has a rigorous patent on its core (Vacom) technology. Six additional patents covering the process and ancillary systems are pending domestically and internationally. This patented system design is the result of some 25 years of industry experience in cleaning the most challenging industrial emulsions, complicated with hydrocarbons and difficult handling problems. We accomplish phase separation and resource recovery for beneficial use or sale with a closed-loop system to eliminate emissions which further mitigates any impact on the environment and positions our customers for more reasonable permitting and compliance.
The minimal impact of our operation and our superior results have led to our success in obtaining operating permits in sensitive locations. For example, in Wyoming our customers simply submit a "Sundry Notice” letter stating the well location to the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (WYOGCC) to immediately put our statewide permit into effect.
212 Resources received a Variance from the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conversation Commission for approval of use of water processed by 212 Resources for drilling prior to setting surface casing and road spreading for dust suppression.
