Our system assures the best consolidation of solids and oil/water separation for mitigating disposal risk and maximizing resource conservation. The addition of the Vacom system likewise treats the water side by creating highly concentrated ten pound brine and fresh water for use in the oil field. Our plant serves a one hundred-mile radius.
The Andrews Plant has successfully completed rigorous, on-site safety and operational audits by all the major oil companies. These audits have led to Master Service Agreements that manage all tank bottoms and special clean out projects in the region. In just over a year of operation, we have a current client base of over 200 producers and over 80 trucking companies including Exxon, Chevron, Oxy Permian, Conoco Phillips, Key, Andarko, and many others.
