212 Resources has an immediate opening for FIELD ENGINEERS for the Grand Junction, Colorado area to provide engineering support to the General Manager, monitor and assist operations of units, provide field operations troubleshooting on existing systems, provide fabrication and installation support and engineering design review and assistance for the operations region.
Position Functions:
- Assist in maintenance functions for the operating plants
- Design, facilitate and install modifications to the operating units
- Respond to emergency conditions
- Monitor day-to-day operations
- Provide reports on operations to management for the operating units
- Assist in training operations and maintenance personnel
- Provide process development innovations on new processes/systems
- Plan maintenance turnarounds for the operating units
Requirements:
- Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering (3-5 years experience), OR Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering (5-8 years experience) with some process experience
- Operations experience in chemical plant, preferred
- Maintenance experience with rotating equipment (pumps, blowers, compressors), preferred
- Knowledge of exchangers (plate and frame, fired heaters), preferred
- Experience with controls (PLC, Fieldbus, DeviceNet, Ethernet, Operator Interfaces) with engineering design experience, preferred

212 Resources has an immediate opening for a PROCESS ENGINEER in the Grand Junction, Colorado area responsible for on-site engineering activities related to POD operations.
Position Functions:
- Manage and oversee equipment preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades
- Train and manage onsite engineering group, which includes electricians and mechanics
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures for equipment operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Make recommendations and implement strategies to improve production, quality and efficiency of operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or process engineering
- 5 years of experience
